 13M House

What €13M will buy on my road.. Dear God. I pass on my way to and from work. It’s nice, but even if I had a €100M, I couldn’t splurge €13M on it. What do you think?

    You live in Limerick, right? I’d expect this sort of messing in Foxrock, but…

    Mind you, even if it is what 13 million will buy, it certainly is not guaranteed to sell for 13 million; I’d be amazed if anyone’s willing to buy a house for that with things as they are.

    @Robert I live in Ranelagh. There’s certainly no way it will sell for 13 million. That’s the asking price.

    Whereabouts in Ranelagh is it? Used to go to college there. €13 million for that? No thanks. Imagine what that money would buy in Barbados.

    Anthony, it seems the price has slipped to a bargain €12 million since I checked it a couple of weeks ago. Here’s the listing. It’s on Oakley Road off Dunville Ave.

    I think its all about Location Location Location but I don’t think it would be my cup of tea.
