I&#039;d agree 100% however I do sometimes tend to forget that the converse is also true... I do occasionally tell my friends when I get unusually GOOD customer service but I can&#039;t remember the last time I blogged about it... Can you? 

I&#039;m off to search my archives - I&#039;d guess without finding many positive customer service stories... :-)</description>
