Caught the last few seconds of this ad for Lips last night and loved it. See what you think.

Lips is a karaoke game where players sing along to built-in songs, tunes purchased from the Xbox Live Marketplace or straight off their MP3 players using wireless microphones. Lips is coproduced by Japanese game house iNis and Microsoft Game Studios.

Of course, I forget the most important thing about Lips – it’s out this Friday on Xbox 360.

    Sounds like a Singstar clone, except for the wireless mike bit. Not that I’m complaining; Singstar is great!

    A game that lets you sing, but not also allowing drums, lead guitar and bass guitar to be played fails in my books :(
