Give a Gift to Temple Street

Life 1 December 2008 | 1 Comment

How about giving a gift to kids spending time in Temple Street Children’s Hospital? BT have clubbed together with Temple Street to erect a giving tree in its BTKids departments in Dublin, Cork and Limerick. Gifts will be delivered to the kids on December 23rd. Oh, and there’s free hot chocolate compliments of Starbucks on December 4th from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in BT2 Grafton Street to launch the gifting and raise cash for Temple Street all to the sounds of Carols from Loreto College singers.

To help prevent shitty 10 year-old Malibu Barbies finding their way under the tree, the Temple Street team have put together a wishlist of presents that the kids would like. None of the wishlisted gifts cost over €40, with loads of them under twenty quid (price of a couple of beers). Giving presents is a great idea they’re tangible things that the kids receive, not money to the faceless charity org.

For more details, check out the BTKids and Temple Street “Give a Gift” release pages.

Update: Adding times!
